DMC COMMUNICATIONS • UNIVERSAL AGENCY PACK

Agent subscription process

Training, marketing, compensation & administration

Version DMC-AGENT-1.0 • 16 October 2026

One network, one accountable agent

All marketing and sales agents in this program operate under DMC Communications, serving African Airways Travel & Tours, GlobeXpress and other approved subscription and marketing services across participating countries. Division contracts and approved service compensation schedules continue to govern individual products.

1. Apply once and complete verification

  1. Complete the online agent application with legal name, contact details, country, territory, languages, service interests and sponsor code where applicable.
  2. Provide national/government ID type and issuing country. Complete identity-document verification through the approved restricted channel when requested. Do not send ID images through a public QR page or place ID numbers in promotional materials. The current general form records ID details and confirmation; that alone is not completed identity verification.
  3. Company agents also supply company registration and authorized representative details. Provide payout information through the approved account process; never provide bank passwords or PINs.
  4. Read the agency agreement and this manual. Administration records approval, agent ID, authorized services, payment-collection permission, compensation schedule and training completion. Paying an application fee does not guarantee approval.

2. Download your agency pack and QR code

Retain this manual, your applicable signed agreement, service compensation schedule and approved promotional materials. Obtain your personal referral link and QR code from the agent dashboard after approval. Use the issued service link for each division; do not assume one division's link automatically tracks another.

  1. Save the QR image or take a clear screenshot. Display it on your phone lock/idle screen with a white border and without notifications covering it.
  2. Test it using a second phone. Confirm the destination, agent attribution and correct website/app installation page before distribution.
  3. Print it on business cards, brochures, flyers and stickers with your agent name/code, service name and readable web address. Keep sufficient contrast and test a printed sample.
  4. Use approved, current artwork and place promotional materials only with the property owner or venue's permission. Replace outdated prices and broken links.

3. Introduce, register and assist the customer

Explain the service, price and currency, subscription period, renewal terms and applicable fees before signup. Ask the customer to scan your QR code and confirm the correct service opens. Help them register with their consent. Customers enter their own passwords, payment PINs and card credentials.

For a restaurant, confirm business name, location, contact person, hours, service area, menu categories, item names, descriptions, prices/currency, options, availability and approved photos. Obtain the owner's approval before submitting or publishing. Explain how to update menus and manage customer orders or service requests. Confirm account access and provide a support contact.

4. Receive and record payment

Use the company's currently enabled checkout or approved payment instructions for the customer's country. OPay is the intended Africa channel and Stripe is the intended Canada/US/other supported-market channel where configured. Availability must be confirmed for the specific account and market; this manual does not certify that either connection is live everywhere.

An agent may accept payment only with recorded DMC authorization. Issue a numbered receipt immediately and record the full amount without deducting commission unless a written net-settlement arrangement permits it. Never send customers to an unapproved personal payment account.

Payment recordRequired details
AttributionAgent ID, customer ID/application ID, division, service, invoice/subscription reference
CollectionAmount, ISO currency, method, date/time and timezone, receipt/reference, collector ID
EvidenceReceipt/remittance evidence in restricted storage; no card numbers, PINs or bank passwords
VerificationPending/verified/rejected/refunded status, remittance reference, reviewer, review time and notes

After collection, the record must read Payment received by agent — verification pending. Administration matches the receipt to the invoice and company settlement, or to an expressly approved agent-credit allocation. The collecting agent must not verify their own payment. Duplicate references and partial payments require review. A screenshot alone does not prove settlement.

5. Complete setup and activate

The agent can prepare customer information while verification is pending. Paid activation follows finance verification or separately authorized credit approval. Record activation time and send confirmation showing the service, amount, currency, subscription dates and support route. An unpaid or unverified record must not be described as paid.

6. Compensation schedules

Commission is earned only under the agent's applicable service agreement. Record the commissionable base, currency, rate, transaction, qualifying conditions and approval. Service charges, customer discounts and agent commissions are distinct.

ProgramExisting service rule
General Global Exchange referral1% where the executed agreement provides for it; residual eligibility up to 12 months from the qualifying contract under its terms.
AATC eligible subscriptionsAATC new transactions: 25% of net earned commission after verified processing costs. Direct stays use a 20% total supplier commission; airlines and other suppliers use contracted commission. No stacked performance bonus. Historical earnings remain at their recorded rate.
DMC / RIDM approved area agents10% commission on the agreed eligible referred service amount. A separate 10% reduction on listed service prices applies to approved area agents; it is not an extra commission. Provider costs, taxes and adjustments follow the approved quote.
GlobeXpress and other subscriptionsUse the approved service-specific agent schedule before quoting compensation. Driver, restaurant and platform operating commissions are not automatically sales-agent commissions.
Earthman HerbalsUse its approved five-tier associate compensation plan. This manual does not introduce replacement tier rates.
Zion Trust, separately authorized agents1% qualified lead portion on completed settled purchases plus 1% verified sales delivery, calculated on the approved commissionable amount. The separate 5% Global Exchange administration allocation is not agent earnings. Do not assume gross gold value is commissionable.

Examples: an eligible AATC subscription amount of 100 of AATC fee income, with no processing costs, produces 25 for the agent and 10 for travel rewards. An eligible DMC referred service amount of 500 produces 50 at 10%. Each example uses the transaction's currency and excludes noncommissionable amounts.

7. Payables and reconciliation

  1. Record commission as pending until payment and service conditions are verified.
  2. Finance approves the eligible amount and records any refund, cancellation, duplicate attribution or reversal adjustment. Preserve the original transaction history.
  3. The agent statement shows transaction ID, customer reference, service, currency, base, rate, gross commission, adjustments, approved payable, paid amount and balance.
  4. Use the payout cycle, threshold and method in the signed service/country schedule. No universal payout date or threshold is established by this manual. Never combine different currencies without recording the approved exchange rate and fees.
  5. Finance releases payment and records payout reference and date. Agents review the statement and raise discrepancies with supporting references. Collected customer funds remain separate from agent earnings.

8. Daily marketing and customer care

Check prices and links before promotion. Use only approved claims and artwork. Keep a consent-based contact and follow-up record, honor opt-outs, avoid duplicate applications and keep customer information out of public posts. Follow up on incomplete onboarding, correct listings with customer permission and record complaints, refunds and escalation references.

9. Administrative responsibilities

Agent: accurate applications, approved promotion, customer assistance, receipts, prompt collection reporting and remittance. DMC administration: identity review, agent approval, training, permissions, service and country schedules. Finance: independent payment verification, reconciliation and commission payout. Division operations: service approval, fulfillment and support.

Each country schedule must identify supported services, currency, registration fees, active company payment channels, remittance deadline, payout cycle, approved ID verification process, support contacts and collection authorization. Until configured, unresolved items go to administration rather than being guessed by the agent.

10. Training and acknowledgement

Before independent activity, demonstrate a test QR scan, customer registration walkthrough, sample restaurant setup, sample payment-verification record and commission-statement review. Use test data for practice and clearly identify test transactions.

Operational implementation note

This manual defines the required workflow. It does not itself implement a payment ledger, enable agent collection, approve identity documents or activate payment providers. Use only functions confirmed available by administration; report missing portal functions for implementation.
