One total commission model

For new direct accommodation arrangements, the total platform commission is 20% of the eligible booking price, excluding taxes. It covers the commission pool for agent referrals, travel rewards and AATC administration. There is no additional performance commission on top.

For airline, transfer, tour and third-party bookings, the commission is the amount agreed in the supplier contract. AATC does not apply a blanket 20% charge to airfare. Membership fee income follows the same allocation after costs.

25% referring agent

Of net commission after verified processing costs. The agent's share stays the same across development tiers.

10% travel rewards

Of net commission, credited after verified completion. This is a rewards budget allocation, not a 10% discount on the trip price.

65% AATC

Of net commission. If no agent refers the booking, the unused agent allocation remains with AATC.

Example in USD: a 1,000 eligible stay has 200 commission. With 10 verified processing costs, the net pool is 190: agent 47.50, rewards 19.00, AATC 123.50. Taxes and any separately agreed optional products are disclosed before confirmation.

Policy version total-pool-2026-10-26 applies to new records. Historical commission earnings keep their original rates. Existing supplier contracts are honored until amended.

Use credits throughout your journey

Redeem earned AATC travel credits toward a reservation deposit, eligible extras or the final trip balance. Total credit use is capped at 30% of eligible purchase value; taxes are cash only. Credits expire 12 months after earning and are maintained in their original currency. Cash and credit amounts are shown separately.

Full refunds reverse associated rewards and restore redeemed credits with their original expiry. Spent rewards from a subsequently refunded trip may create a recovery balance that blocks further redemption. Travel credits have no cash-out promise. External UXS token payments and gold conversion require separate verified arrangements.

Agent development

All registered agents use the same 25% share of net earned commission. Complete training and 10 bookings in a calendar year for Silver, 50 for Gold or 100 for Diamond. Benefits progress through support, marketing resources and account management. Refunds remove qualifying bookings. Status reflects the current calendar year; registration fees remain standard.

Membership value and supplier service

Existing Flight Club membership pricing remains in place. Any named premium-property benefit must have confirmed supplier terms, availability and expiry before it is offered for purchase. A membership card does not guarantee airline inventory, insurance, gold redemption or a room upgrade.

AATC coordinates the package quotation and identifies the supplier responsible for each service, changes and refunds. Travel protection is optional and quotation-only until an eligible provider and policy are confirmed.
