First three destination packages: Sierra Leone; Accra, Ghana; Lagos, Nigeria. Destination choice is captured separately from flight-only, seven-day, twelve-day and feeder requests. Sierra Leone and Lagos connectors require separate quotation; no additional nonstop route is assumed.
Reservation-led release gate: The January premier flights are a reservation-led market-study pilot, dependent on early bookings, viable demand and charter availability. If the planned charter is unavailable or demand calls for a smaller aircraft, we may propose an appropriately approved smaller charter or rerouting on usual scheduled airlines. Any change to route, aircraft, timing, price, baggage or booking terms is disclosed for your acceptance before confirmation. Alternative flights and unchanged prices are not guaranteed. Record the minimum viable load, decision cutoff, notice date and accepted alternative against each departure.
Accra premium gateway · US$1,400 return flight-only target · C$2,900 seven-day stay target. January wet-lease research pilot: monthly, fortnightly or weekly subject to demand and approvals. New York Tuesday / Toronto Thursday are planning options; 300-seat target subject to selected aircraft capacity. Proposed circuit: North America–Accra–Montego Bay–same origin, plus reverse and Jamaica-origin services. Lagos feeds Accra; Barbados and island feeders collect into Montego Bay.
Initial fleet target: six passenger/executive aircraft plus two dedicated 777-class freighters = eight. Full operations target March 1, 2027, with a March launch window and fallback April 1, 2027; all dates remain conditional on readiness and approvals. Cargo finance and charter prices are unquoted; no combined profit or confirmed delivery is asserted.

Record actual contact, quote expiry, capacity, baggage, connection protection and next action as evidence. Enquiries are not paid reservations. Track return capacity and passenger entry/transit checks before confirmation.
Public launch programme · Current published 12-day market price: US$5,400 per person, twin share (US$5,000 + US$400 included). Minimum US$300 deposit is credited, leaving US$5,100 after acceptance. The original US$5,425.52 model remains historical. The US$400 addition is not verified profit or an automatic commission. Reservation intake records offer code ACDT-12D-USD5400-20261026 and requested group value; requests are not earned revenue.
One commission pool
Direct stays: 20% of the eligible booking price, excluding taxes. Other travel: the contracted supplier commission. Membership fees: collected fee income excluding taxes. Deduct verified processing costs, then allocate 25% to the referring agent, 10% to the travel credit budget and 65% to AATC. Without an agent, its share remains with AATC.
Applies prospectively to new records under policy total-pool-2026-10-26. Historic earnings keep their recorded rates. No stacked 10% / 20% bonus. Travel credits are earned after verified completion, expire after 12 months and can cover up to 30% of eligible purchase value. Taxes are cash only. This dashboard records verified receipts; it does not send bank payouts or mint gold-backed tokens.

A completion requires full payment plus used credits. Full refunds reverse earnings and restore used credits with their original expiry. Partial refunds require finance review. Agent and supplier payout entries each record the full outstanding amount, once per booking; they do not transfer funds.
Agent development tiers
Registered → Silver at 10 completed bookings → Gold at 50 → Diamond at 100, in the current calendar year. Training is required above Registered. Tiers provide priority support, marketing resources and account management; the 25% commission-pool share stays the same.

Request cancellation, emergency medical, baggage, delay and weather options for Air Cruise Vacations: 12-day Ghana / West Africa and Caribbean itineraries with Canada, US and UK feeder travel. Obtain resident-country and destination eligibility, underwriter and claims contact, limits, exclusions, deductible, price, revenue share, currency, payment and cancellation terms, API access and test credentials. Product remains quotation-only until a provider agreement and successful integration test.
