The USD portal currently records conditional requests; it does not collect payments or issue tokens. Investment interests start separately at US$100 in US$100 blocks. Approved U-Access promotions may discount the purchase price or add bonus tokens; exact terms are shown with each offer. Paid Flight Club membership privileges retain their own activation terms and fees. A prepaid pack does not automatically activate a paid travel membership.
Universal Access Card (U-Access) · Rides, diners & all participating GlobeXpress services
Each unnamed physical card has a unique serial and QR. It first opens the welcome application; a sealed activation code and verified signed agreement establish the holder in DMC CRM. A driver, bar or participating supplier scans it to request the agreed payment. The cardholder approves the token portion, purchase price and fees in their private account before tokens are debited. Backend records track token movements and invoice reconciliation.
DMC CRM maintains all cards centrally under Universal Access Card, with separate program allocations. New requests use USD as base currency with dated local-currency reconciliation. Historical CAD transactions retain their original denomination. Token face value can pay an agreed portion of eligible services; applicable service and processing fees are disclosed in the accepted quote, separately from the token denomination. The provider receives the full purchase token quantity. Restaurant cash-in pays 90% with a 10% charge; other merchant cash-in pays 80% with 20% administration, and customer cash redemption pays 70% with 30% reconciliation.

Explore origin and destination travel benefitsParticipating services include Earthman Herbals, GlobeXpress public services, RIDM and eligible African Airways services. Availability follows the destination, participating provider and agreed currency. Country quotes retain the local denomination, exchange date, rate and USD equivalent. Global Exchange corporate invoices remain excluded.

Tokens and loyalty cards do not make a purchase tax-exempt. Tokens cover only the eligible goods or service value after agreed discounts. Applicable sales taxes must be itemized and paid by the customer in cash or a regular non-token payment method, never deducted from a loyalty or tokenized card.
Merchants must determine, charge, collect and remit applicable taxes for their jurisdiction. Any processing fees and applicable tax on those fees must be disclosed before approval. Token cash-in administration applies only to token value; taxes are outside the 80% / 20% token reconciliation.
Ride prices may include service charges and fees. Where a quoted fare includes tax, identify its tax portion on the receipt and reserve it for non-token payment; do not add it again to the quoted total. Inclusive pricing does not establish a tax exemption. Zero tax may be entered only where the transaction is lawfully exempt or zero-rated, or no tax is due.
