Our development plan
Our proposed programme includes an initial external wet-lease phase, followed by planned aircraft acquisition and regional operations involving ACE Ghana Limited, subject to financing, agreements, aircraft availability and aviation approvals. Passenger and cargo services are in development.
We are preparing a preferred-share investment proposal and presentation. Its terms, eligibility, capital security, dividend rights and financing are not yet finalized. No return, repayment or gold backing is guaranteed.
