Retail daily rate = average of current verified comparable competitor rates × 1.30. Use at least two distinct competitors for the same country, city, class, rental dates and inclusions. Enter normalized USD rates with the conversion reference if the quote is in local currency. Latest quote per competitor is used. Customer estimate = retail daily rate × rental days + USD 25 booking fee. Supplier commission = 10% of the provider’s commercial daily rate × days; this is a separate backend ledger, not another customer surcharge. Payments and payouts are not connected.
